Drain and rinse the Chickpeas (1 can). Set aside.

In a salad bowl, combine chickpeas, Cucumber (1 cup), Grape Tomatoes (1 cup), Yellow Bell Pepper (1), and Fresh Herbs (4 Tbsp).

Pour Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 Tbsp) and juice of a Lemon (1) over top. Mix to combine and then sprinkle with a pinch of Sea Salt (1 pinch).
