Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Drain and rinse the Chickpeas (1 can) . Set aside.
Step 2
In a salad bowl, combine chickpeas, Cucumbers (1 cup) , Grape Tomatoes (1 cup) , Yellow Bell Pepper (1) , and Fresh Herbs (1/4 cup) .
Step 3
Pour Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup) and juice of a Lemon (1) over top. Mix to combine and then sprinkle with a pinch of Sea Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 4
Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
