In a food processor, add the Black Beans (1 can) , Scallions (1 bunch) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Mushrooms (2 cups) , Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp) , Fresh Parsley (1 tsp) , and Tahini (1 Tbsp) , pulse until combined. This is like 3-4 pulses ONLY. Do not over process.
Step 2
In a large bowl add the processed ingredients and add the Nutritional Yeast (1/3 cup) , Breadcrumbs (1/3 cup) , and Salt (to taste) .
