In a food processor, add the Black Beans (1 can) , Scallions (2) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Mushrooms (2 cups) , Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp) , Fresh Parsley (1 tsp) , and Tahini (1 Tbsp) , pulse until combined. This is like 3-4 pulses ONLY. Do not over process.
Step 2
If you do not have a food processor, you can use a large medium bowl and mash ingredients with a fork. Again, don’t go crazy.
