In a food processor, add the Black Beans (1 can), Scallion (1 bunch), Garlic (2 cloves), Mushrooms (2 cups), Ground Cumin (as needed), Fresh Parsley (1 tsp), and Tahini (1 Tbsp), pulse until combined. This is like 3-4 pulses ONLY. Do not over process.

In a large bowl add the processed ingredients and add the Nutritional Yeast (1/3 cup), Breadcrumbs (1/3 cup), and Salt (to taste).
