In a medium size bowl add the Canned Chickpeas (1 cup), Cucumber (1 cup), Avocado (1 cup), Tomato (1/2 cup), and Fresh Basil (1 Tbsp).

In another small bowl mix the dressing, add the juice from Lemon (1), Olive Oil (2 tsp), Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (as needed), and Salt (to taste). Pour over the top of the vegetable mixture.

Top up with Dried Oregano (1 tsp). Lightly toss to combine. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate it for a 1 day.
