Step 1
To make the Idli Batter, wash the Basmati Rice (3 cups) , Black Lentils (1 cup) , Yellow Split Peas (2 Tbsp) , and Fenugreek Seeds (1/2 tsp) all together for 2 or 3 minutes in running water and soak them for a minimum of 4 to 5 hours. Drain it completely.
Step 2
Soak the Poha (2 Tbsp) for an hour before starting the batter.
