Step 1
Mix the
Garlic (1 clove)

Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp)

Sweet Chili Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Chili Powder (1 tsp)
,
Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
,
Honey (2 Tbsp)
, and
Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
in a big bowl. Then place
Chicken Wings (4.4 lb)
in and marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) steam bake. Arrange wings on a lined shallow baking tray and keep wings slightly separate.
Step 3
Put baking tray onto shelf 2 (middle of the oven) bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Turn wings and bake for a further 15 minutes. When wings are ready there should be little or no juice in a tray.
Step 5
Mix
Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Sweet Chili Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Oyster Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp)
in a small bowl.
Step 6
Serve dipping sauce with hot chicken wings.
