Cooking Instructions

Mix the Garlic (1 clove), Soy Sauce (10 tsp), Sweet Chili Sauce (2 tsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Honey (7 tsp), and Sesame Seeds (1 tsp) in a big bowl. Then place Chicken Wings (4.4 lb) in and marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) steam bake. Arrange wings on a lined shallow baking tray and keep wings slightly separate.

Put baking tray onto shelf 2 (middle of the oven) bake for 20-25 minutes.

Turn wings and bake for a further 15 minutes. When wings are ready there should be little or no juice in a tray.

Mix Soy Sauce (2 tsp), Sweet Chili Sauce (2 tsp), Hoisin Sauce (2 tsp), Oyster Sauce (2 tsp), and Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) in a small bowl.
6.
Serve dipping sauce with hot chicken wings.
