Tomatoes , chopped
1 Tbsp
Red Onions , chopped
1 tsp
Fresh Parsley , chopped

Lime , juiced

Avocados , peeled, deseeded, ripe
to taste

Beef Steak
to taste
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup
Canned Black Beans , rinsed, drained
1/4 cup
1/2 cup
Iceberg Lettuce , shredded

Directions

Step 1
Cook the White Rice (1 1/2 cups) following the package directions. Mix in Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp) .
Step 2
For the salsa, into a bowl add Tomatoes (1/4 cup) , Red Onions (1 Tbsp) , Fresh Parsley (1 tsp) , and Lime (1/2) .
Step 3
Add the Avocados (2) into a bowl along with Lime (1/2) into a bowl. Season with Salt (to taste) and mash until smooth.
Step 4
Take your Beef Steak (2) and season both sides with Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Place them onto a very hot pan with no oil and sear for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Leave the beef steaks to rest for 2 minutes and then slice into chunks
Step 6
To assemble the steak bowl add 1/2 cup of the cilantro rice, Canned Black Beans (1/2 cup) , Beef Steak Chunks, Salsa, Sour Cream (1 Tbsp) , Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup) , 1/2 cup of the guacamole and finish with Iceberg Lettuce (1/2 cup) . Serve and enjoy!
