Saute Onion (1) in Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon) in a pan or wok on medium high heat until translucent, then add Garlic (3 clove) and saute for ten seconds and add Frozen Peas and Carrots (2 cup). Stir fry until vegetables start getting tender.
Push vegetables to the side of the pan and add the Egg (1). Scramble it quickly and then mix everything together.
Add White Rice (2 cup) and Turkey Breast (2 slice).
Add Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoon), Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon) and Chicken Bouillon Powder (to taste).
Stir fry for a few minutes until everything comes together and rice starts to brown then remove from heat.
