Step 1
Into a wok or a pan over high heat, add some
Vegetable Oil (as needed)
. Add in the
Beef Strips (1.1 lb)
and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
While the beef is cooking make the dressing. Into a bowl combine the juice from the
Lime (1)

Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)

Fish Sauce (1 Tbsp)
, and
Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
Place the cooked beef,
Red Onion (1)
,
Cucumber (1/2)
,
Cherry Tomatoes (10)
, and
Red Chili Pepper (1)
in a bowl. Add the sauce and mix until everything is well-combined. Scatter the
Fresh Mint (1/4 cup)
and
Dry Roasted Peanuts (1/2 cup)
over the top and serve alone or over a bed of rice. Enjoy!
