Into a wok or a pan over high heat add some Vegetable Oil (to taste). Add in the Beef Strips (500 gram) and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
While the beef is cooking make the dressing. Into a bowl combine the juice from the Lime (1), Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Fish Sauce (1 tablespoon), and Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon).
Place the cooked beef, Red Onion (1), Cucumber (1/2), Cherry Tomato (10), and Red Chili Pepper (1) in a bowl. Add the sauce and mix until everything is well-combined. Scatter the Fresh Mint (1/4 cup) and Dry Roasted Peanuts (1/2 cup) over the top and serve alone or over a bed of rice. Enjoy!
