In a pan over medium heat add some olive oil. Add the Onion (1) and Garlic (3 clove) and cook it down for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the Bacon (500 gram) and cook for 3-4 minutes. Once its been cooked down add the Cream (2 2/3 cup), Fresh Parsley (1 cup), Fresh Chives (1/2 cup) and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Add in some Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and mix well.
Turn down the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes or until the cream has thickend slightly.
Meanwhile, cook your Penne Pasta (500 gram) in salted boiling water according to package directions.
Drain the pasta add to the cream mixture.
Stir pasta and mixture well. Serve and enjoy!
