Popcorn Kernels
1.1 lb
Bacon , diced
1/2 cup

Author's Notes

Use fatty bacon as you will use the rendered fat to cook the popcorn.

Directions

Step 1
Into pan over medium-high heat add the Bacon (1.1 lb) .
Step 2
Once cooked, take the Bacon out to separate from the fat. Strain the oil into a bowl.
Step 3
Into a large pot add in the Bacon Fat and the Popcorn Kernels (1 2/3 cups) . Turn the heat to medium-high and wait for the corn to start popping.
Step 4
Serve on a large dish and grate over Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) while warm. Top with crispy bacon pieces. Enjoy!
