Step 1
To make the Marinade, add
Garlic (2 cloves)

Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp)
, juice from
Limes (2)
,
Sweet Chili Sauce (1 Tbsp)
,
Fish Sauce (1/2 tsp)
,
Soy Sauce (1/2 tsp)
and
Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
in a jug. Mix well until combined.
Step 2
Place the
Beef Steak (4)
in a dish and pour the marinade over the top. Place in the fridge for 4 hour or overnight.
Step 3
Cook the Beef Steaks to your liking in a hot pan with
Canola Oil (as needed)
. Leave to rest for 5 minutes and then slice into thin strips.
Step 4
Place the beef on a serving dish and arrange the
Red Bell Pepper (1)
,
Fresh Purple Basil (1/2 cup)
,
Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup)
and
Assorted Nuts (1/2 cup)
on the top. Serve and enjoy!
