To make the Marinade, add Garlic (2 clove), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), Lime Juice (1/4 cup), Sweet Chili Sauce (1 tablespoon), Fish Sauce (1/2 teaspoon), Soy Sauce (1/2 teaspoon) and Sesame Oil (1 teaspoon) in a jug. Mix well until combined.
Place the Beef Steak (4) in a dish and pour the marinade over the top. Place in the fridge for 4 hour or overnight.
Cook the Beef Steaks to your liking in a hot pan with Canola Oil (to taste). Leave to rest for 5 minutes and then slice into thin strips.
Place the beef on a serving dish and arrange the Red Bell Pepper (1), Fresh Purple Basil (1/2 cup), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) and Assorted Nuts (1/2 cup) on the top. Serve and enjoy!
