(12 oz)
Trader Joe's® Beef-less Ground Beef
or ground beef substitute of choice
2 cups
Sliced Brown Mushrooms
2 cups
Chopped Broccoli
2 cups
1
Carrot , julienned
1/2 cup
2 Tbsp
Brown Sugar
to taste
Grapeseed Oil

Step 1
In a covered pan or wok over medium heat, steam Broccoli (2 cups) , Cauliflower (2 cups) , Frozen Corn (1 cup) , and Carrot (1) with a few splashed of water until cooked, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add Grapeseed Oil (to taste) to pan with Trader Joe's® Beef-less Ground Beef (1 pckg) and Brown Mushrooms (2 cups) . Mix altogether and cook about 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Add cooked Pasta (12 oz) to veggie mix.
Step 4
Heat Soy Sauce (1/2 cup) and Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp) in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 45 seconds and stir.
Step 5
Pour over pasta and mix thoroughly. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
