Step 1
In a covered pan or wok over medium heat, steam
Broccoli (2 cups)
,
Cauliflower (2 cups)
,
Frozen Corn Kernels (1 cup)
and
Carrot (1)
with a few splashes of water until cooked, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add
Grapeseed Oil (as needed)
to the pan with
Vegan Ground Beef (1 pckg)
and
Brown Mushrooms (2 cups)
. Mix all together and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Add
Pasta (12 oz)
to the veggie mix.
Step 4
Heat
Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)
and
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
in a microwave oven for 45 seconds and stir.
Step 5
Pour over pasta and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
