Step 1
In a covered pan or wok over medium heat, steam Broccoli (2 cup), Cauliflower (2 cup), Frozen Corn (1 cup), and Carrot (1) with a few splashed of water until cooked, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add Grapeseed Oil (to taste) to pan with Trader Joe's® Beef-less Ground Beef (1 package) and Brown Mushrooms (2 cup). Mix altogether and cook about 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Add cooked Pasta (12 ounce) to veggie mix.
Step 4
Heat Soy Sauce (1/2 cup) and Brown Sugar (2 tablespoon) in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 45 seconds and stir.
Step 5
Pour over pasta and mix thoroughly. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
