Chop up the Red Potato (6) and steam them in the Panasonic Microwave Oven in 2 inches of water until soft.
In a separate bowl, mix Vegan Mayo (1 cup), Dry Mustard (2 teaspoon), Dried Dill Weed (1/4 teaspoon), and Greek Seasoning (2 teaspoon) together.
Drain potatoes and rinse with cold water to cool.
Mix potatoes, mayo, Golden Raisins (1/4 cup), Small Dill Pickle (6), and Scallion (3 stalk) together and enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
