Vegan Mayo
1/2 Tbsp
Dry Mustard
1/2 Tbsp
Greek Seasoning
1/4 cup
Golden Raisins

Small Dill Pickles , chopped
3 stalks
Scallions , chopped

Step 1
Chop up the Red Potatoes (6) and steam them in the Panasonic Microwave Oven in 2 inches of water until soft.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix Vegan Mayo (1 cup) , Dry Mustard (1/2 Tbsp) , Dried Dill Weed (1/4 tsp) , and Greek Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) together.
Step 3
Drain potatoes and rinse with cold water to cool.
Step 4
Mix potatoes, mayo, Golden Raisins (1/4 cup) , Small Dill Pickles (6) , and Scallions (3 stalks) together and enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
