Cooking Instructions

Mix together Canola Oil (1/2 cup), Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), Peanut Butter (4 Tbsp), Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), and Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) and set aside.

In a large casserole dish, place Sweet Potatoes (1/2 cup) and Corn (2 ears) in 2 inches of water. Cover and heat in a microwave oven on high for 6 minutes until soft.

Allow the corn to cool slightly and then remove the kernels by slicing them off the cob.

Arrange Fresh Spinach (2 cups), Quinoa (1 cup), Slivered Almonds (2 Tbsp), Braeburn Apple (1/2), sweet potato, and corn in bowl.
5.
Top with the dressing. Serve and enjoy!
