Step 1
Mix together
Canola Oil (1/2 cup)

Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)

Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp)
and set aside.
Step 2
In a large casserole dish, place
Sweet Potatoes (1/2 cup)
and
Corn (2 ears)
in 2 inches of water. Cover and heat in a microwave oven on high for 6 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Allow the corn to cool slightly and then remove the kernels by slicing them off the cob.
Step 4
Arrange
Fresh Spinach (2 cups)
,
Quinoa (1 cup)
,
Slivered Almonds (2 Tbsp)
,
Braeburn Apple (1/2)
, sweet potato, and corn in bowl.
Step 5
Top with the dressing. Serve and enjoy!
