Cook the Sweet Potato (1) in a covered casserole dish in 1-2 inches of water for 6 minutes in a microwave oven until soft.

In a bowl, whisk together Canola Oil (1/2 cup), Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp), Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (4 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), and Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp). Set aside.
