Cook the Sweet Potato (1) in covered casserole dish in 1-2 inches of water for 5-6 minutes in the Panasonic Microwave Oven.
Slice Field Roast® Italian Sausage (3) into 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch pieces.
Toss in wok with Grapeseed Oil (1 tablespoon) and Brown Mushrooms (1 cup). Cook over medium-high heat until golden, stirring frequently.
Add Pasta (7 ounce), sweet potatoes, Fresh Spinach (1 cup), and Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil (1/3 cup) to wok. Add Grapeseed Oil (1 tablespoon) and stir evenly.
Add Greek Seasoning (1/2 teaspoon) or salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
