Deseed and mince the Chili Pepper (1). Place all the prepared ingredients in a bowl.
Slice the Avocados (5) in half, and remove the seeds.
Scoop out all of the flesh with a spoon, and place in a large bowl.
Mash up the avocados (5) until there are no big chunks left.
Cut the Lime (1) in half and squeeze all the juice into the bowl.
Pour in the Garlic Salt (1 tsp).
Pour in all the ingredients prepared earlier, mix all together thoroughly.
Serve immediately, preferably with tortilla chips.
