step 1
Cut one piece of Tofu (1 pckg) into 5 equal parts. We use 3 of them in this recipe, feel free to us all- (just add 50 calories). Spray a small pan with Canola Oil Spray (as needed) and cook both sides until browned.

Mix Sriracha (1/2 tsp) and Vegan Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp) and spread on Pita Bread (1).

In a small bowl, mix Green Cabbage (1/2 cup) and Pickle Juice (1 Tbsp) and Sesame Seeds (to taste). Add cabbage to pita.
