Add a little Grapeseed Oil (as needed) to the wok/pan and use your hands to crumble tofu into medium-sized pieces into the pan- not too fine. Add Mushrooms (2 cups) and cook on med-high, stirring frequently.

Mix Chili Lime Seasoning Blend (1 Tbsp) and Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp) in separate bowl.
