Step 1
Break the
Extra Firm Tofu (1 pckg)
into thirds and press again.
Step 2
Add a little
Grapeseed Oil (as needed)
to the wok/pan and use your hands to crumble tofu into medium-sized pieces into the pan- not too fine. Add
Mushrooms (2 cups)
and cook on med-high, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Mix
Chili Lime Seasoning Blend (1 Tbsp)
and
Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)
in separate bowl.
Step 4
Add to tofu mixture and stir. Cook until golden and desired texture is achieved.
Step 5
Cook
White Onion (1/2)
and
Green Bell Pepper (1)
in separate pan with a little oil for about 1-2 minutes- veggies should still be firm and not soggy.
Step 6
To warm
Whole Wheat Tortillas (5)
heat individually for 10-20 seconds in the microwave if desired. Add 1/5 of tofu mix to each tortilla and as many veggies as you like. Wrap and enjoy!
