to wok/pan and use hands to crumble tofu into medium sized pieces into pan- not too fine. Add

and cook on med-high, stirring frequently.
Chili Lime Seasoning Blend (1 Tbsp)
Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)
in separate bowl.
Add to tofu mixture and stir. Cook until golden and desired texture is achieved.

in separate pan with a little oil for about 1-2 minutes- veggies should still be firm and not soggy.
TortillaLand® Flour Tortillas (5)
, heat individually for 10-20 seconds in microwave if desired. Add 1/5 of tofu mix to each tortilla and as many veggies as you like. Wrap and enjoy!
