Break the Extra Firm Tofu (1 package) into thirds and press again.
Add a little Grapeseed Oil (to taste) to wok/pan and use hands to crumble tofu into medium sized pieces into pan- not too fine. Add Mushroom (2 cup) and cook on med-high, stirring frequently.
Mix Chili Lime Seasoning Blend (1 tablespoon) and Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon) in separate bowl.
Add to tofu mixture and stir. Cook until golden and desired texture is achieved.
Cook White Onion (1/2) and Green Bell Pepper (1) in separate pan with a little oil for about 1-2 minutes- veggies should still be firm and not soggy.
To warm Joseph's® Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla (5), heat individually for 10-20 seconds in microwave if desired. Add 1/5 of tofu mix to each tortilla and as many veggies as you like. Wrap and enjoy!
