Organic Extra Firm Tofu , pressed

Joseph's® Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla
2 cups
Mushrooms , chopped
1/2
White Onion , sliced
1 Tbsp
Chili Lime Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp
Garlic Powder
to taste
Grapeseed Oil

Step 1
Break the Organic Extra Firm Tofu (1 pckg) into thirds and press again.
Step 2
Add a little Grapeseed Oil (to taste) to wok/pan and use hands to crumble tofu into medium sized pieces into pan- not too fine. Add Mushrooms (2 cups) and cook on med-high, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Mix Chili Lime Seasoning Blend (1 Tbsp) and Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp) in separate bowl.
Step 4
Add to tofu mixture and stir. Cook until golden and desired texture is achieved.
Step 5
Cook White Onion (1/2) and Green Bell Pepper (1) in separate pan with a little oil for about 1-2 minutes- veggies should still be firm and not soggy.
Step 6
To warm Joseph's® Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla (5) , heat individually for 10-20 seconds in microwave if desired. Add 1/5 of tofu mix to each tortilla and as many veggies as you like. Wrap and enjoy!
