Greek Seasoning

Cooking Instructions
1.
Cook Israeli Couscous (1 pckg) as directed on package.
2.
Add Greek Seasoning (1 tsp) or salt and pepper or other desired spices to taste.

Cut Corn Cobs (1 ear) into 4 equal pieces and steam covered with water in microwave or stovetop until done about 3-5 minutes.

Add 3 pieces of Tofu (1 pckg), 3 pieces of Vegetarian Italian Sausage (1), 2 corn pieces, Onions (1/2 cup), and Mushrooms (1/2 cup) as desired to each skewer. Cook on an outdoor or indoor grill, in a broiler, or in a pan until done, rotating as needed.
5.
Add 1/2 cup cooked couscous to a bowl, pull cooked food off of skewer onto couscous. Serve and enjoy!
