Cooking Instructions
1.
Add Oil (as needed) to wok or pan and cook Vegan Ground Beef (1 pckg) and Mushrooms (1 pckg) for a couple of minutes.

Add Green Cabbage (1 pckg), Carrots (1/2 pckg) and Broccoli Slaw (1 pckg), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) or teriyaki sauce and Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp) and stir. Add more oil if needed. Cover and cook for a couple minutes.

Add Bean Sprouts (1 can) and stir.
4.
Serve topped with Crispy Wonton Strips (to taste) and Fresh Chives (to taste) if desired.
