Prep Fresh Strawberries (3 cups), Lime (1), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Water (3 cups), and Ice (to taste).

Place everything into the Vitamix. Star with water and sugar first, and follow with ice, lime and strawberries. Blend for 30 seconds on variable 1-10.

step 3

Voila! There's your smoothie. This is also great with some Malibu Rum (to taste).
