In a large bowl, using a potato masher or large whisk, coarsely smash most of the Chickpeas (2 cans).

Add the Celery (2 stalks), Scallions (4 Tbsp), Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), and 3 Tbsp of Lemon (1) to the chickpeas and mix well. Season generously with Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Stir in the Fresh Chives (4 Tbsp) and the Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup).
