Don’t waste! Use the broccoli stems. They have the most crunch and flavor. If they are a bit tough and waxy, you can peel the skin with a peeler.

Combine Honey (2 tsp), Rice Vinegar (3 Tbsp), Gochujang (4 tsp), Sesame Oil (2 tsp), Assorted Nuts (to taste), Feta Cheese (to taste) and put aside.

Chop the Broccoli (1 head) into bite sized pieces.

Julienne half an Apple (1/2) or slice into slivers, matchsticks size.

Combine the broccoli and apple into a mixing bowl and toss it with the dressing.
