Author's Notes

Don’t waste! Use the broccoli stems. They have the most crunch and flavour. If they are a bit tough and waxy, you can peel the skin with a peeler.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Combine Honey (2 teaspoon), Rice Vinegar (3 tablespoon), Gochujang (1 1/2 tablespoon), Sesame Oil (2 teaspoon), Assorted Nuts (to taste), Feta Cheese (to taste) and put aside.
Step 2
Chop the Broccoli (1 head) into bite sized pieces.
Step 3
Julienne half an Apple (1/2) or slice into slivers, matchsticks size.
Step 4
Combine the broccoli and apple into a mixing bowl and toss it with the dressing.
Step 5
Enjoy as a meal or as a side dish!
