Combine Honey (2 teaspoon), Rice Vinegar (3 tablespoon), Gochujang (1 1/2 tablespoon), Sesame Oil (2 teaspoon), Assorted Nuts (to taste), Feta Cheese (to taste) and put aside.
Chop the Broccoli (1 head) into bite sized pieces.
Julienne half an Apple (1/2) or slice into slivers, matchsticks size.
Combine the broccoli and apple into a mixing bowl and toss it with the dressing.
