Step 1
Chop up the
Pineapple (1/2)

Tomatoes (2)
,
Red Onion (1)
,
Scallions (1 stalk)
, and
Fresh Cilantro (1 sprig)
into small pieces and add to bowl.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the
Gochujang (1 1/2 Tbsp)
and
Lime (1)
and mix until smooth and well blended.
Step 3
Add sauce to the salsa mix and combine.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. As with all salsa, the longer it mingles in the fridge the more flavourful and well blended it will be. Enjoy!
