Add Caster Sugar (1/2 tsp) and Rice Vinegar (1 Tbsp) to the Short Grain White Rice (1 2/3 cups) and mix well. Make sure the rice is hot so that the sugar can melt properly.
Step 2
Spread the rice and cover the rice with cling film or kitchen towel, Let it cool down for 10-15 minute to the room temperature.
