1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
4 Pita Bread
1/2 cup Feta Tzatziki Sauce
to taste Sliced Radish
to taste Sliced Lettuce
to taste Feta Cheese

STEP 1
Clean the caps of the Portobello Mushroom (4) with a wet paper towel. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
STEP 2
In a small bowl, stir together Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Lemon Juice (2 Tbsp), Garlic (4 clove), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), Smoked Paprika (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp). Toss to coat the mushrooms.
