In the pot of a rice cooker, stir together the Steel-Cut Oats (2 cup), Apple (2), Raisins (1/2 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Stir in the Milk (2 1/2 cup) and Water (2 1/2 cup). Close the lid and select the "whole grains" setting on your rice cooker. If your rice cooker does not have this exact setting, please refer to your model's operating instructions.
Once the rice cooker turns off, (about 45 minutes), serve the oatmeal warm. Top each bowl with 1 Tbsp Butter (6 tablespoon), 1 Tbsp Honey (6 tablespoon), and 2 Tbsp Walnut (12 tablespoon).
