Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Butter (1/4 cup)
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (2/3 cup)
in separate bowls.
to a large bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher. Add melted butter and combine. Add
Brown Sugar (2/3 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
Baking Soda (1 tsp)
Pumpkin Pie Spice (1/2 Tbsp)
Salt (1 pinch)
. Combine. Add
All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups)
and mix until raw flour is no longer present. Don't over mix though!
Pour the bread batter into a greased loaf pan and dollop with the melted semi-sweet chocolate.
Swirl semi-sweet chocolate into bread and then bake 45-50 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
