Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Sweetened Shredded Coconut
Finely chop the
Roasted Almonds (1 2/3 cups)
in a food processor. Add them to a large bowl with
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup)
Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup)
Sweetened Shredded Coconut (1/2 cup)
Almond Butter (1/2 cup)
Honey (3 Tbsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Ground Nutmeg (1/8 tsp)
In tablespoon sized portions, roll the mixture into tight balls. Refrigerate until firm. Serve and enjoy!
