Finely chop the Roasted Almonds (8 ounce) in a food processor. Add them to a large bowl with Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup), Sweetened Shredded Coconut (1/2 cup), Almond Butter (1/2 cup), Honey (3 tablespoon), Sunkist Orange (1), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), and Ground Nutmeg (1/8 teaspoon).
In tablespoon sized portions, roll the mixture into tight balls. Refrigerate until firm. Serve and enjoy!
