Step 1
In a large bowl, combine
Lean Ground Beef (1 lb)
,
Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce (2 Tbsp)
,
Pineapples (1/3 cup)
,
Egg (1)
,
Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
, and
Garlic (1 tsp)
. Using your hands, combine well.
Step 2
Portion and roll into 1 inch meatballs. Cover and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Oil grill grate. Heat grill to 425 to 450 degrees F (220 to 230 degrees C). Grill the meatballs for 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently to brown all sides well.
Step 4
While the meatballs are grilling, combine
Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce (3/4 cup)
and
Pineapples (1/3 cup)
in a small sauce pan. Heat to medium, stirring and cooking until desired consistency.
Step 5
Remove meatballs from grill, cover and let rest.
Step 6
Drizzle lightly with the reduced pineapple and teriyaki. Serve warm and enjoy!
