1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 lb Catfish Fillet
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
4 Tbsp Dry White Wine

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
STEP 2
Coat a shallow baking sheet with the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp).
STEP 3
Rinse the Catfish Fillet (2 lb) and pat dry. Evenly sprinkle both sides with the Sea Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), and Smoked Paprika (1 tsp).
STEP 4
Place the seasoned fillets onto the baking sheet, flat side down. Top evenly with Fresh Parsley (2 tsp) and Fresh Chives (2 Tbsp).
STEP 5
Top the catfish with small pieces of Salted Butter (2 Tbsp) and drizzle the Dry White Wine (4 Tbsp) over each fillet.
STEP 6
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot with your favorite variety of Village Harvest Rice. Enjoy!
