Step 2

Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)

Full-Fat Coconut Milk (1 can)
into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Pour smoothie mixture into 2 bowls and top with
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (to taste)

Cashew Nuts (1 handful)
