First, thinly slice the Pork Livers (9 oz) .
Step 2
Next, in a skillet over low heat add Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (1 clove) , and cook garlic until it turns color into golden.
Step 3
Then, add the sliced liver and season with Salt (to taste) and Aleppo Chili Flakes (1/4 tsp) , sauté on medium-high until meat is cooked.
Step 4
Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) and Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp) before serving.
