Heat the Vegetable Oil (4 Tbsp) over medium-high. Add the Onion (1/3 cup) and sautee until starts to brown.

Add the Eggs (3). Scramble with a few drops of hot sauce until mostly cooked.

Add the cooked White Rice (1 cup) and Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp). Season with Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Mix well until rice is heated.
