Step 1
Heat the Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup) over medium-high. Add the Onions (1/3 cup) and sautee until starts to brown.
Step 2
Add the Eggs (3) . Scramble with a few drops of hot sauce until mostly cooked.
Step 3
Add the cooked White Rice (1 cup) and Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) . Season with Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Mix well until rice is heated.
Step 4
Add the Frozen Green Peas (3/4 cup) . Mix well. Serve!
