In a medium sized bowl, beat the Cream Cheese (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) with a hand mixer on medium speed for about 4 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Reduce mixer speed to low, and add half of the Whipped Topping (2 3/4 cups). Blend until creamy.

Fold in the remaining Whipped Topping (2 3/4 cups). Spoon the topping into a pastry bag with a star tip. Set aside.

In individual serving dishes, place 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Pound Cakes (4 cups) in the bottom. Gently press them down with a spoon. Add a layer of Mandarin Oranges (1 2/3 cups) and top with a swirl of cheesecake / whipped topping "fluff".
