Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, beat the
Cream Cheese (1/2 cup)
,
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
with a hand mixer on medium speed for about 4 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Reduce mixer speed to low, and add half of the
Whipped Topping (2 3/4 cups)
. Blend until creamy.
Step 3
Fold in the remaining
Whipped Topping (2 3/4 cups)
. Spoon the topping into a pastry bag with a star tip. Set aside.
Step 4
In individual serving dishes, place 1/4 to 1/2 cup of
Pound Cakes (4 cups)
in the bottom. Gently press them down with a spoon. Add a layer of
Mandarin Oranges (1 2/3 cups)
and top with a swirl of cheesecake / whipped topping "fluff".
Step 5
Add another layer of cake cubes, press down slightly. Add a layer of
Fresh Blackberries (1 1/2 cups)
and fluff. Repeat with
Fresh Strawberries (1 cup)
.
Step 6
Evenly divide the
Oranges (2)
between the serving dishes, pouring it over the cake and fruit. Top the trifle dessert with a final layer of fluff.
Step 7
Refrigerate before serving. Enjoy!
