Step 1
Combine the flesh of
Grapefruit (1)
with
Beet (1)
and
Frozen Raspberries (1 cup)
in a blender or smoothie cup.
Step 2
Add
Banana (1)

Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/2 cup)

Raw Honey (1 Tbsp)
, and
Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp)
. Blend on high until the consistency is smooth and creamy. Taste and add any additional honey or spices if desired.
Step 3
Pour the ruby smoothie mixture evenly into two glass cups and set aside. Then rinse out the smoothie cup or blender in preparation to make the golden smoothie mixture.
Step 4
Combine
Frozen Pineapple Chunks (1 cup)
with
Persimmon (1)
in rinsed blender or smoothie cup. Squeeze juice of
Navel Orange (1)
over the fruit, followed by
Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/3 cup)
.
Step 5
Then add
Raw Honey (1 Tbsp)
,
Ground Turmeric (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp)
, and
Ground Cardamom (1/4 tsp)
and blend until consistency is smooth and creamy. Taste and add any additional honey or cinnamon if desired.
Step 6
Pour the golden smoothie on top of the ruby smoothie layer and gently stir to create a swirled effect.
Step 7
Garnish with
Orange Slices (to taste)
,
Frozen Raspberries (to taste)
, and a sprinkle of
Hemp Seeds (to taste)
.
Step 8
Add a slice of lime to each glass cup, if desired. Serve and enjoy all those immune-boosting benefits!
