Cooking Instructions
1.
Combine the flesh of Grapefruit (1) with Beet (1) and Frozen Raspberries (1 cup) in a blender or smoothie cup.

Add Banana (1), Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/2 cup), Raw Honey (1 Tbsp), and Ground Cinnamon (as needed). Blend on high until the consistency is smooth and creamy. Taste and add any additional honey or spices if desired.

Pour the ruby smoothie mixture evenly into two glass cups and set aside. Then rinse out the smoothie cup or blender in preparation to make the golden smoothie mixture.
4.
Combine Frozen Pineapple Chunks (1 cup) with Persimmon (1) in rinsed blender or smoothie cup. Squeeze juice of Navel Orange (1) over the fruit, followed by Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/3 cup).

Then add Raw Honey (1 Tbsp), Ground Turmeric (as needed), Ground Ginger (as needed), and Ground Cardamom (as needed) and blend until consistency is smooth and creamy. Taste and add any additional honey or cinnamon if desired.
6.
Pour the golden smoothie on top of the ruby smoothie layer and gently stir to create a swirled effect.
7.
Garnish with Orange Slices (to taste), Frozen Raspberries (to taste), and a sprinkle of Hemp Hearts (to taste).
8.
Add a slice of lime to each glass cup, if desired. Serve and enjoy all those immune-boosting benefits!
