Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Chop the Fresh Strawberry (1/2 cup).
In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), and Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon).
Cut up Butter (6 tablespoon) and add to flour mixture and mix until almost fully blended.
Add Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) and then, in a separate bowl, mix Egg (1) and Milk (1/2 cup) until blended. Add it to the flour mixture. Mix until fully blended.
Add Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) and strawberries and mix until all incorporated.
Drop by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 12 minutes or until tops are golden.
