Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Fresh Strawberries (1/2 cup)
In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix
All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cups)
Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
Butter (1/3 cup)
and add to flour mixture and mix until almost fully blended.
Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
and then, in a separate bowl, mix
Milk (1/2 cup)
until blended. Add it to the flour mixture. Mix until fully blended.
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
and strawberries and mix until all incorporated.
Drop by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 12 minutes or until tops are golden.
