Shredded Cheese

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.
Slice
Zucchini (3)
2/3 way down. Place them on a lined baking tray and drizzle
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
3.
In a pan, cook
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 slices)
until crispy. Set aside.
4.
Once the Zucchini is cooked, sprinkle over
Shredded Cheese (to taste)
and top with the cooked bacon slices and
Spring Onions (to taste)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
5.
Top zucchini with
Sour Cream (2 Tbsp)
and serve immediately. Enjoy!
