Whisk together the Limoncello (2 Tbsp), Honey (1 tsp), and zest and juice from Lemon (1).

While whisking constantly, add the Olive Oil (1/2 cup) slowly to emulsify. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Carefully remove the leaves of the Butter Lettuce (1 head). Wash and set aside. These are your lettuce cups.

Mix the Fresh Blueberries (2 cups), Fresh Raspberries (2 cups), Fresh Strawberries (1 1/2 cups), Fresh Mint Leaves (2 Tbsp), and Fresh Basil Leaves (2 Tbsp) in a bowl with the mint and basil. Drizzle with the dressing. Toss to coat.
