Whisk together the Limoncello (2 tablespoon), Lemon (1), Honey (1 teaspoon), and Lemon Juice (2 tablespoon).
While whisking constantly, add the Olive Oil (1/2 cup) slowly to emulsify. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Carefully remove the leaves of the Butter Lettuce (1 head). Wash and set aside. These are your lettuce cups.
Mix the Fresh Blueberries (1 pint), Fresh Raspberries (1 pint), Fresh Strawberry (0.5 pound), Fresh Mint Leaves (2 tablespoon), and Fresh Basil Leaf (2 tablespoon) in a bowl with the mint and basil. Drizzle with the dressing. Toss to coat.
Scoop the berry mixture into your butter lettuce cups. Serve and enjoy!
