Cooking Instructions
1.
Peel the Apples (1 1/2 cups).
2.
Chop the apples.
3.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a bowl, combine dry ingredients - All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), Baking Powder (1/2 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/8 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp).

In a separate bowl, combine Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Butter (1 cup), Grapeseed Oil (1/2 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients just until moist.

Fold in apples.

Grease muffin tin or use paper liners.
9.
Fill muffin tins with mixture to just above the top.
10.
Combine Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1 Tbsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/4 tsp), and 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter, and sprinkle over batter.
11.
Bake for 15-20 min.
12.
While muffins are baking, make the glaze by mixing Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup), Milk (2 Tbsp), Butter (0.5 oz)Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp).
13.
Let muffins cool, and drizzle glaze over muffins. Enjoy!
