Cooking Instructions

Blend together and strain the Pear (1), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Lime (1), Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Toss the Red Leaf Lettuce (8 cups) and Fennel Bulb (1) with the dressing. Top with Grapefruit (1), Fresh Mint Leaves (1 handful), and Fresh Basil Leaves (1 handful). Serve and enjoy!
