Cooking Instructions
1.
Render
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 slices)
over medium heat, add
Onion (1)
and saute until onions are lightly caramelized.

Add
Fresh Spinach (30 cups)
,
Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
,
Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch)
,
Kosher Salt (to taste)
and
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
. Saute until spinach wilts, about 1 minute, remove from heat, check/adjust seasoning.
3.
Dust
Shrimp (1 lb)
with
Corn Starch (1 Tbsp)
, season with
Kosher Salt (to taste)
,
Lemon Juice (to taste)
and
Garlic Paste (to taste)
.
4.
Saute shrimp in
Butter (1/4 cup)
until halfway cooked.
5.
Add
Thai® Sweet Chili Sauce (1/2 cup)
and
Lemons (2 Tbsp)
. Cook another few seconds, remove from heat, check/adjust seasoning.
6.
Serve shrimp with spinach. Enjoy!
