Add Fresh Spinach (2 bags), Garlic Paste (1 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch), Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste). Saute until spinach wilts, about 1 minute, remove from heat, check/adjust seasoning.
