Render Smoked Bacon (4 slice) over medium heat, add Onion (1) and saute until onions are lightly caramelized.
Add Fresh Spinach (32 ounce), Garlic Paste (1 teaspoon), Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch), Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste). Saute until spinach wilts, about 1 minute, remove from heat, check/adjust seasoning.
Dust Shrimp (1 pound) with Corn Starch (1 tablespoon), season with Kosher Salt (to taste), Lemon Juice (to taste) and Garlic Paste (to taste).
Saute shrimp in Butter (4 tablespoon) until halfway cooked.
Add Thai® Sweet Chili Sauce (1/2 cup) and Lemon (2 tablespoon). Cook another few seconds, remove from heat, check/adjust seasoning.
Serve shrimp with spinach. Enjoy!
