Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 slices)
over medium heat, add

, and saute until onions are lightly caramelized.

Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch)

Kosher Salt (to taste)
and
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
. Saute until spinach wilts, about 1 minute, remove from heat, check/adjust seasoning.
Step 3
Dust
Shrimp (1 lb)
with
Corn Starch (1 Tbsp)
, season with
Kosher Salt (to taste)
,
Lemon Juice (to taste)
and
Garlic Paste (to taste)
.
Step 4
Saute shrimp in
Butter (1/4 cup)
until halfway cooked.
Step 5
Add
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (1/2 cup)
and juice from
Lemon (1)
. Cook another few seconds, remove from heat, and check/adjust seasoning.
Step 6
Serve shrimp with spinach. Enjoy!
